Nestled in a rural residential neighborhood, our tiny cabin offers a true retreat—the surrounding neighborhood is available to view on Google Maps. We, your friendly hosts, live on-site in the main house and are available to meet upon request. Your stay includes dedicated parking and outdoor space.

A $250 security deposit is required for all reservations. Additionally, guests must sign our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
